Shipping and Returns
Please see our General Terms & Conditions for information concerning the business relationship between KulturGut AG and its customers. Answers to frequent questions about orders and delivery are provided as follows.
Which costs do the quoted prices include?
The quoted prices are retail prices and include all German taxes in line with statutory requirements. Such taxes currently amount to 7% / 19% (depending on item) on deliveries made within the European Union.
Charges are made for the delivery of the goods, and vary according to destination. See further down for details.
How can I pay for my order?
In Germany you can choose between payment by credit card or payment by invoice. Credit card payment is required on orders intended for delivery outside Germany.
Credit card payments are debited from your account as per the order date. Please pay invoices within 14 days without deduction. Additional costs will not be incurred.
What happens when you place your order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a written acknowledgement to the provided e-mail address.
How long will delivery take?
We process all orders on receipt and in a prompt manner. Orders are dispatched by our delivery service, which generally consists of Deutsche Post AG, within 2 - 3 working days in most cases. You will generally receive your order within a week of placing your order.
If an article is sold out or no longer on stock, we will inform you immediately to determine what further action we should take.
What do we charge for delivery?
We charge a shipping charge contribution of EUR 6.50 on all deliveries intended for destinations in Germany.
The following shipping charges are made on deliveries abroad: inside EU 14,00 Euro, outside EU 26,50 Euro.
Do I have the right to return goods?
Private persons (i.e. consumers as defined by the German Civil Code) have the right to return goods by sending them back within two weeks of receipt. We will reimburse you the cost of the return and the purchase price.
In certain cases, the right of return shall not apply in certain cases, including audio recordings that have been opened (see Section III, no. 5, General Terms and Conditions).
